When you're new to Yoga, it can be hard to know where to start. We offer a class suitable for complete beginners.
This class has a little bit of everything - stretching, strengthening, balancing, breathing and relaxing.
A deep relaxation and flexibility improvement class. Gentle stretching for the whole body, followed by guided relaxation.
This is a perfect class to attend to work on your flexibility, helping to relieve tension from the body and mind.
Pilates focus on the core stabilising muscles, improving strength in the tummy, bottom and pelvic floor. All contributing to improved balance and strength. This class is suitable for begginers.
If you want to try Pilates at any age, then the desire to try is all you require.
This class takes you through a flow of yoga postures which enables the body to strengthen and lengthen at the same time. It is a full-body workout and can be as challenging as you want it to be. If you are looking for something a little faster paced and that will get your heart rate up then this is the class for you.
Suitable for those with a base fitness.
Take 30 minutes to yourself to completely relax. The ultimate relaxation experience, deep yogic sleep, and meditation. As I guide you into deep relaxation to release any tension and stress. Bring a pillow and warm blanket to ensure you are completely comfortable and warm.
