When you're new to Yoga, it can be hard to know where to start. We offer a class suitable for complete beginners.
This class has a little bit of everything - stretching, strengthening, balancing, breathing and relaxing.
A deep relaxation and flexibility improvement class. Gentle stretching for the whole body, followed by guided relaxation.
This is a perfect class to attend to work on your flexibility, helping to relieve tension from the body and mind.
Pilates focus on the core stabilising muscles, improving strength in the tummy, bottom and pelvic floor. All contributing to improved balance and strength. This class is suitable for complete beginners and intermediate level. Options are provided to make it more challenging as you become stronger and more flexible.
