Start with gentle candlelit yoga to help you relax and unwind. Take a break from the demands of life, helping you to de-stress and get into a relaxed state.
5-5.30pm Guided Relaxation/Yoga Nidra.
For those of you who can struggle to meditate and relax, the sound of my voice guiding you on a journey, gives your mind a point of focus and quiets the mind, you can more readily access a meditative state where deep relaxation and regeneration can take place.
Yoga Nidra – a deep yogic sleep, to quieten both body & mind.
The benefits as a result of yoga and meditation are decreased feelings of stress/anxiety, a sense of calm and peace, decreased sensations of pain, increased creativity and most people report a good night's sleep.
