BEGINNER STRETCH YOGA
A deep relaxation and flexibility improvement class. Gentle stretching for the whole body, followed by guided relaxation.

This is a perfect class to attend to work on your flexibility, helping to relieve tension from the body and mind.

BEGINNER PILATES
Pilates focuses on the core stabilising muscles, improving strength in the tummy, bottom and pelvic floor. All contributing to improved balance and strength. This class is suitable for beginners.
You can do Pilates at any age, the desire to try is all you require.
