Rejuvenate Candlelit Yoga
We will start the day with gentle candlelit yoga to help you relax and recharge, taking a break from the demands of life, and helping you get into a relaxed state for the day.

Coffee and Tasty Treats
Followed with a well-earned coffee and tea break with a nibble or two, homemade delights, made by our fabulous Jools from The Rainbow Kitchen. Her food truly makes these days special. Come with an appetite, you won't regret it.

​Breathwork and Meditation ​
This session is your chance to step away from life’s constant demands and truly pause—breathing deeply, softening your body, and giving your mind the space it deserves.
Through gentle breathwork, you’ll discover how to release tension, settle anxious thoughts, and create a deeper sense of balance. We’ll also explore simple meditation practices that don’t require silence, special postures, or prior experience. These are practical, everyday tools you can carry with you long after the retreat—techniques you can draw on anytime you need to reset, whether you’re at work, at home, or moving through a busy day.
This hour is designed to both nourish and empower you: a moment of stillness where your nervous system can truly rest, while also equipping you with skills to find calm and clarity whenever life feels overwhelming. You’ll leave feeling lighter, restored, and more connected to yourself—ready to move through the rest of your retreat, and beyond, with a renewed sense of peace.

Making it Fun
To lighten the mood after some serious contemplation, my favourite bit, the organised fun! Many ladies from the retreats say, ‘I don’t do games, that’s not my thing’. However, after this session, they were all smiles and energised again ready for food. Honestly, my highest priority is for you to feel comfortable and have a good day. You can join in as much, or as little as you want.
Afternoon Tea & Prosecco
Then it’s downstairs for a delicious Afternoon tea, home-made again by Jools. I have to say, people always comment on how exceptional Jools' food is, to the point that some have said the food was the best bit about their day!

Guided Relaxation/Yoga Nidra
For those of you who can struggle to meditate and relax, the sound of my voice guiding you on a journey, gives your mind a point of focus and quiets the mind, you can more readily access a meditative state where deep relaxation and regeneration can take place.​
Yoga Nidra – a deep yogic sleep, to quieten both body & mind.
The benefits as a result of yoga and meditation are decreased feelings of stress/anxiety, a sense of calm and peace, decreased sensations of pain, increased creativity and most people report a good night's sleep.
