When we live from a place of fear, inadequacy, insecurity, and limitation we get stuck in a spiral of unhappiness, panic and pain, it can be hard to see what we need to do to break free.
Together we will uncover what is keeping you stuck, remove any limiting beliefs and fears, and set you up to take charge of your mind so you can start to change how you are feeling.

Walking Therapy
Do you find it uncomfortable sitting in an enclosed space and talking about your feelings? You are not alone.
Ecotherapy has been around for a long time. Utilising outdoor areas away from the crowds, towns, and cities enables you to relax. It gives your mind and body some space to fully express what needs to be heard, enabling you can work through any barriers which are holding you back.
One to one walking therapy sessions are fully tailored to what you wish to achieve. A pre-call or zoom conversation will be held, to identify what it is you are looking to change and what you want to achieve.
90 minute or half day sessions available. Sessions currently take place in Thetford Forest Area, Norfolk.

Week Session # 1: A deep dive lifestyle and diet overhaul, depending on your unique requirements, a therapy emotions release technique. (approx. 2.5 hrs)

Week Session # 2-12 : Analysis of the week’s success and learning, the next weeks commitments. This is followed by a mixture of therapy and coaching to help remove, reframe and refile subconscious habits, beliefs and behaviours. (approx. 50 minutes)

A program for those who flourish with a higher level of commitment and would benefit from regular accountability. The Diamond Program contains everything from the Gold Program including;
