Sometimes life can be overwhelming and just all too much, you are not alone. Whether you are finding yourself struggling with work, your relationships, your mood, your past and you feel you suffer with anxiety, stress or depression, there is always something I, and you, can do to help.

 

When we live from a place of fear, inadequacy, insecurity, and limitation we get stuck in a spiral of unhappiness, panic and pain, it can be hard to see what we need to do to break free.

Together we will uncover what is keeping you stuck, remove any limiting beliefs and fears, and set you up to take charge of your mind so you can start to change how you are feeling.

Sessions approx: 75 - 90 Minutes.

Walking Therapy

 

Do you find it uncomfortable sitting in an enclosed space and talking about your feelings? You are not alone.

Ecotherapy has been around for a long time. Utilising outdoor areas away from the crowds, towns, and cities enables you to relax. It gives your mind and body some space to fully express what needs to be heard, enabling you can work through any barriers which are holding you back.   

 

One to one walking therapy sessions are fully tailored to what you wish to achieve. A pre-call or zoom conversation will be held, to identify what it is you are looking to change and what you want to achieve.

 

75 - 90 minute or half day sessions available. Sessions currently take place in Thetford Forest Area, Norfolk.

I came to see Emma as I was suffering from anxiety and very low self-esteem. I immediately felt at ease with Emma and was able to open up and tell her things I have never told anyone else. She made me see things from a different perspective. I was struggling to deal with a relative and hadn’t factored that this was part of my anxiety, amongst other things. I always felt I wasn’t good enough and felt ugly and unworthy of anyone’s kindness.

Emma has helped me so much. My relationship is really good with my relative now. I have stopped putting myself down and like myself and feel confident in my own skin.
