After having Emma recommended to me by a friend, I was incredibly impressed by the knowledge, skill and professionalism displayed by Emma. Emma is very knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition and she embodies her own philosophy. Her enthusiasm is obvious on first meeting and she is eager to help others on the journey back to fitness and health. There is no substitute for your willingness to change but having a vibrant mentor to help makes the hard work a shared progression. We are both pleased with the results so far and will continue to work with Emma.
I never thought about doing yoga, as I was so sure it was something I would never be able to do. I must admit I was afraid but Emma is the most perfect Yoga teacher. She takes her time and has loads of patience. Instead of feeling afraid, I found I loved every minute and still do. Emma made me feel relaxed from the start.
